Hi, I'm Emilee!
My mission is to help people recover from severe anxiety, panic disorder, agoraphobia, derealization, and more. As a Christian, I combine biblical truth with science-based insights about the brain and body — a resource I wish I’d had during my own journey.
In 2021, I was trapped in a cycle of debilitating anxiety that left me unable to drive, stay home alone, or even walk to my mailbox. After countless doctor visits and months of searching, I finally learned how the nervous system becomes sensitized — and, most importantly, how to recover.

A discovery call is the first step toward lasting recovery. We'll dive into what's going on with you, I'll answer your questions, and we'll explore whether long-term coaching is the right next step.
If we're a fit, you'll have the option to join a 3- or 6-month coaching program, which includes:
- A weekly 1:1 session
- A weekly small group call
- 24/7 private WhatsApp access with me
- An additional private WhatsApp channel with my husband, BG, and me for faith-related discussion
- A follow-up 1:1 call you can use at any point post-program
I don't teach coping -- I teach recovery. You'll learn how to calm your nervous system, coach yourself, and stay out of the cycle for the rest of your life.
