Hi, I'm Emilee!

My mission is to help people recover from severe anxiety, panic disorder, agoraphobia, derealization, and more. As a Christian, I combine biblical truth with science-based insights about the brain and body — a resource I wish I’d had during my own journey.

In 2021, I was trapped in a cycle of debilitating anxiety that left me unable to drive, stay home alone, or even walk to my mailbox. After countless doctor visits and months of searching, I finally learned how the nervous system becomes sensitized — and, most importantly, how to recover.

1 on 1 or group recovery coaching with Emilee

I offer several options for recovery coaching including one time 1 on 1 Zoom calls with me where I can come up with a recovery plan for you, monthly 1 on 1 call packages where we meet weekly and you have WhatsApp access to me in between and small group coaching where we meet 3x each week and also have an app to ask questions in between.
